Apple Arcade will expand its catalogue on May 1 with five fresh titles, led by the exclusive multiplayer release "WHAT THE CLASH?" from Danish game developer Triband. The new entries aim to broaden the platform’s appeal, offering a range of experiences across genres and play styles.
"WHAT THE CLASH?" brings competitive party gameplay to Apple Arcade. Players control elastic hands outfitted with custom accessories to compete in offbeat duels and tournaments. Gameplay modifiers such as "toasty archery" and "milk the fish" introduce randomized challenges, keeping each session unpredictable. The game supports both solo and multiplayer modes and offers intuitive touch controls suitable for all players.
Joining the lineup are four more titles catering to various preferences:
- With My Buddy: A virtual pet simulator where users care for animated puppies and kittens, building bonds through daily activities.
- LEGO Friends Heartlake Rush+: A continuous racing experience set in Heartlake City, allowing players to collect items and dodge hazards.
- Words of Wonders: Search+: A word puzzle game that integrates educational content with global landmark exploration.
- SUMI SUMI: Matching Puzzle+: A strategic matching puzzle title featuring well-known San-X characters like Rilakkuma and Sumikko Gurashi.
Apple Arcade subscribers will also receive updates to existing games in April. "Hello Kitty Island Adventure" introduces a new playable area called City Town Orchards. "PGA TOUR Pro Golf" adds support for the RBC Heritage tournament. Additionally, "WHAT THE CAR?" will roll out a content update on April 10 featuring new levels, visual skins, and a mysterious new map.
The subscription remains priced at Rs. 99 per month, granting users ad-free access to a library exceeding 200 titles across Apple devices. Apple Arcade is also available as part of the Apple One bundle, starting at Rs. 195 per month for individuals and Rs. 365 for families.
